Central Park is the most visited urban park in the U.S. and certainly the most famous in the world. It is located in downtown Manhattan and has an area of 3.41 km2 (4 km x 800 m). Central Park is bordered on the north by 110th Street on the west by Central Park West Street, south to 59th Street and east of Fifth Avenue.
